This cozy cottage with a small, well-equipped kitchen is truly located in Costa Rica's best spot.  You're in the jungle, on the beach, on a top 25 rated beach in the world! There is well-manicured yard, sloths and other wildlife, and sea breezes constantly refresh the air. There is 1 king bed, also a futon sofa for 1 person to sleep, for 3 people. We have 50 mps high-speed fiber optic internet available for those who need to connect while disconnecting! 

Paradise!! This beach front studio is perfectly located on the silky sand of the Punta Uva Arrecife Beach. Literally beachfront, nothing is between you and the warm, gorgeous Caribbean. This studio is perfect for a romantic getaway or a fun family adventure. It is the final property on the end of the beach of Arrecife, which makes the final 100 yards of this top-rated beach, practically private in the mornings and evenings. Epic! You can hear and see the Caribbean Sea from your bed. It is a cool and quiet place, surrounded by vegetation and animals in their natural state. The front porch faces the ocean and is a covered and relaxing space to sit and listen to the sea and enjoy the blue shades of the Caribbean. 

This property is located on 2 beaches because of the point which makes it very unique! Out the front door, you walk 10 steps and you're on Punta Uva Arrecife beach, lined with tropical palms. If you walk out the gate and walk 2 minutes north, you are on Punta Uva beach, a famous cove with deep green and blue tinted waters, perfect for swimming and purchasing a souvenir ankle bracelet or a fresh coconut. The surrounding area is very quiet, relaxing, and natural. There is parking for 2 cars inside the gate of the property. There are bicycle rental shops nearby, a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away with daily trips to Puerto Viejo or Manzanillo and beyond. Once you arrive, you won't need your car. Everything you need is on the property or a short, beautiful walk from you!
