Our charming Costa Rican-style house features three inviting bedrooms, all located upstairs. To enhance your comfort, we’ve installed air conditioning units in two of the bedrooms, ensuring cooler nights. Every bedroom also comes with its own private deck, providing an uninterrupted view of the beach—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or unwinding as the sun sets.

The fully equipped kitchen seamlessly opens onto an outdoor terrace, allowing you to prepare meals while enjoying a stunning beachfront vista. Upstairs, you'll also find a convenient bathroom for easy access from the bedrooms.

On the ground floor, a spacious patio awaits with cozy sofas and hammocks, inviting you to relax and soak in the sea breeze. You can also enjoy a BBQ, ideal for a laid-back evening with the sound of the waves in the background. A semi-outdoor shower and toilet on this level make it easy to rinse off after a day of beach adventures—just 20 steps away. The proximity to the shore means you can go from bed to beach in mere minutes.

For those who need to stay connected, we offer high-speed internet with a 50 Mbps connection, ideal for remote work or checking emails. If you're arriving by car, we provide secure parking for two vehicles within our fenced property. And for those looking for some fun in the water, we have kayaks available for you to use.

The house is tucked away at the end of a tranquil road, right next to Punta Uva, offering peace and privacy while being immersed in nature. It's not uncommon to spot sloths, monkeys, and tropical birds right outside your window. Restaurants and grocery stores are just a short walk or drive away, making it convenient to explore the local flavors and culture. Keep in mind, Punta Uva is one of the area’s most beloved beaches, and it can get busy during high season.

Upper Floor:

Bedrooms: All bedrooms are available for your use, each with private balconies where you can enjoy spectacular ocean views.
Bathroom: You also have access to the bathroom on this level, conveniently located near the bedrooms.
Kitchen and Terrace:

The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. From the kitchen, you can access the outdoor terrace, an ideal spot for dining al fresco while enjoying the beach view.
Ground Floor Patio:

On the ground floor, you can relax in the patio, which features sofas and hammocks. This space is designed for enjoying the outdoors and the ocean breeze. There’s also a BBQ area, perfect for outdoor cooking.
Semi-Outdoor Shower and Bathroom: You can use the semi-outdoor shower and bathroom in this area, especially handy after a day at the beach.
Beach Access:

The beach is just 20 steps away from the house, giving you direct access to enjoy the sea at any time.
